red, things you look at first. if it has these at or above the number on the left, it's good
blue is secondary stats that's extra but good to have if the card has a lot of red at good levels.

Red determines how fast the card gets to rainbow training, and how good that training is.
After that, you look at skills and events. If it has good skills like creek's maestro, or has a lot of +energy events. it's good.
