I can't speak for duoliscous but mainstream dating apps are literally run by jews. They promote race mixing and their business model doesn't facilitate couples being made as that would lose them 2 customers. Its engineered to keep people stuck in the system to leech more money out of desperate men. So it's both the mainstream dating app devs as well as dating apps that are a huge chunk of the problem.
