Top to bottom, left to right: Income, Command (to field your units), foraging lv, mining lv (for materials), defense lv (for the aforementioned traps), capture limit, skill activation rate, physical/earth/ice/fire/lightning/holy/dark resist, max hp, max sp, max fs, hit chance, evade, physical attack, physical defense, magic attack, magic defense, speed, luck, move, critical.
Those effects either help with organisation (money, command, material gathering, monster capturing to fuse onto your summons) or directly increase all units' stats. Basically a supporting setup.

This is what (part of) it looks like without the info screen. Note that you do not actually fight inside this base you setup. Even the defensive battles are on preset maps which have nothing to do with this design. The biggest difference compared to Kamidori though is that it actually matters. The shop setup in Kamidori allegedly increases customers and chance of selling stuff and the like, but it does nothing if the story has not progressed far enough to make the shop successful.
