Second worst goes to the Atari 2600 joystick. I don't think many people born after its relevancy have actually used one, or have just used aftermarket controllers, because if they have it would definitely be in the discussion of bad controllers more often than almost never. For those who don't know, that stick does not move. At all. It really looks like it should, especially with that cupped, rubber base, but it doesn't budge an inch. Moving it is more of a suggestion than anything.
