I think it took around 10 episodes for Agito to click for me. It's once they break away from the Kuuga ties I think and it turns into it's own thing. I think the cast is extremely enjoyable overall. Hikawa is one of the best characters in KR as a whole IMO. He's serious when he needs to be and he's the perfect comedy relief character too. His actor is just great at selling it.
Later on, some of the fight scenes get really good with the choreography. I think it's some of the best of early heisei and I think it has some of the hardest shots.
Last, I think Agito has the best intro still to this date. There's just something so powerful about READY TO GO COUNT ZERO KAMEN RIDER AGITO. Both insert song for fights are extremely catchy too. Early heisei has this issue where theres only like 4 songs on the ost and this one really suffers from it but the inserts are so damn good.
