Mortis is basically a yes man who does some art right now. He isn't even a spokesperson but is here to take off heat from any shit decisions Fangamer makes. They may consult and ask for approvement from Mortis, but he not once said he doesn't care about OFF anymore, and because of that I doubt he cares about any real integrity of the game.
Mortis is here for the bag ( Fangamer were the ones who approached Mortis about remake idea ) and he already got ( He closed Patreon and said he doesn't need money anymore )
