Heh, I probably should've mentioned it but these penguin shaped shaved ice makers have shown up in Rumic series quite a bit. One was in UY and another showed up in Ranma 1/2. I never found a real one that puked ice like these do, but I did find one that had it come out of its chest that looked very similar.
