The situations are comparable in the slightest.
Uma's PC release is a global release. People are doing the bulk of the one-time content on it, and it's a game that I've heard has very time consuming dailies.
Blue Archive's PC release is not a new server, it's just a PC client for existing servers. It doesn't draw in nearly as many new people. We were sabotaged by Steam withholding the release, too. The average BA player is only about 5~7 minute every day.
The fact we still have half as many players at peak is in fact quite impressive, considering the facts. And by every possible metric, BA generates a lot more engagement than Uma.
