Any recommendations or changes I should make before I go ahead and blow all my graduation present money on these? Going for both gaming and workstation.

I made this list a bit ago, ended up buying a different monitor early but haven't bought anything else. Cannot find a 4090 that isn't 3 grand and I'm already way over-budget so I figured buy the cheaper but still as good (for gaming) card and upgrade it later, getting an 850W PSU in case I do get ahold of a 4090. Also asked about the CPU a bit ago, you guys said it really didn't matter much unless you're minmaxxing dropped frames.
