Good morning Berts, my girlfriend was out on a ride and said her chain had "come off". Turns out she actually snapped her chain, tore her derailleur cage clean off, and fucked the derailleur pad too. She still claims that nothing happened, it was just like the chain came off while pedalling. How does this even happen?
