someone posted about this in the last thread but it hasnt seemed to get any traction here. the fed is going to discuss easing capital requirements for the GSIBs and essentially bail them into "financial system 2.0" and have them help backstop the treasury market. we will 100% be retesting ATHs by the end of july at the latest.
