I mean it exists but it isn't what most people think it is.
It was created about a year ago when jannies were working overtime to ban all /v/hu threads and posters as an alternative to keep in touch, kinda like what we are doing with /jp/hu right now. If you were present in the threads back in the day you could spot discord invite link in most of them.
It's not like we do any organized raids or gay RP stuff or whatever /v/hu boogieman activity of the week is, we just talk about 4chan, 2hu and other stupid stuff, post links to current /v/hu thread and occasionally play some vidja together
