this is why the industry is shitting itself
and it wont just stop at videogames, this will open a can of worms every IP holder has been dreading since the start of the digital age, the discussion on what makes a ''service'' and what makes a ''product''
they have been skewing a thin line on this subject for decades now reaping the benefits of both while screwing over the customer with all the negatives.
If this gets resolved in SKG's favor, soon it will spill over to movies, music, hell every so called service today
