S: tried and submitted fully rendered pieces
A: sketches with appeal, detail oriented, tight line control and/or a spark of greatness get bumped up here
B: just phoning it in or unaware of the tier-list, rendered pieces with less appeal or rushed
C: poorer sketches in function or effort
D: really bad sketches or low effort

I feel like further break down of scores or feed back would be pretty pointless.
It's obvious everyone knows where they are on the list.
