Don't sell off all of your umas even if the run you had didn't go well, keep an eye out for blue sparks, the ones that have power/stamina/speed on them, and even if they are a 2* or so, you wanna keep those around so you can keep passing them on to new umas, especially if you get the white spark that has "URA Finale" on it because that one gives bonus speed and stamina as well, just don't immediately sell them.
