Crafting Process:

1. Buy tons of ilvl 83+ 30% quality Reaver Axes

2. Beast Craft split the unsplit bases with Black Mórrigans and Fenumal Plagued Arachnids

3. Alt spam bases until they have t1 flat Phys (flaring), t1/t2 hybrid % phys (Dictator's/Emperor's), or t1/t2 % phys (Merciless/Tyrannical)

4. Recombinate until every base has 2 of the prefixes mentioned in step 3.

5. Recombinate until I hit triple prefix

6. Elder Exalted Orb (making sure one suffix stays open)

7. Craft Prefixes Cannot be Changed + harvest reforge phys

8. Repeat said process 9x times until the suffixes fill.

9. Hinekora's Lock + Annul to ensure prefixes stay

10. Decide to craft the safe way with Prefixes Cannot be Changed + Scour + Craft attack speed + exalt twice then repeat

11. Hit Phys/Bleed Cull suffix

12. Clean suffixes with Cannot Roll attacks and annul the other mod

13. Craft Multimod + Prefixes cannot be changed + Veiled Exalted Orb

14. Got lucky and didn't poof the phys suffix. Crafted Damage per Endurance Charge, then unveil Dex/Int + Attack Speed

15. Tempering Orb until Physical Modifier Magnitudes

16. Divine Prefixes, then prefixes can't be changed and divine suffixes

17. Craft Phys dot multi + use Omen of Blanching for 3x white sockets

Total cost:

I'm not completely sure because the process took so long, but somewhere in the ballpark of 300 divines or so. The process also took place over days and maybe took about 10 hours of alt spamming + crafting. It cost about 1m gold and ~1-2m dust for recombinating and Faustus purchases.
