Please explain to me how the 3* recruitment banners work. Is this basically
>four banners, one per damage type
>each banner has all the 3* students of its respective damage type
>buying the ticket lets you do a pull on that banner and get one 3* student of that damage type
If I'm new and have nothing resembling a real roster, is this worthwhile, and if so is one banner "better" than the others?

>don't put more effort into the gameplay than autos and sweeps
>don't read the story
>the handful of girls i like aren't meta
>don't like any of them enough to hardcore waifufag
>don't pvp or fuck around with assault rankings
>don't jerk off to BA
