Depends on how you ask. Shit like Vehicroid or Iron Chain or Dark Scorpion getting "fixed" would basically be "remake the entire deck but let it use some old infrastructure."
In terms of a deck that is outright destroyed by the current game you'd probably look at Duston.

The only time a Duston was ever relevant it's just for having a normal monster LIGHT Fiend at a time where both of those are relevant for engines and yet people still are probably more likely to play Dipity for being level 4.
