not sure why you'd post on a /beg/ critique thread on 4chan instead of comic specific channels
i quite like this panel as well as the third panel with the hood guy (your best drawing IMO, doesn't have the weird long torsos or abrupt shapes)
my main tip is that any time you do rectangular ground planes you should spend some time actually drawing the convergences, will save you heartache later and its very quick to do
