started at 131.6kg on the 5th, weigh in this morning at 128.2kg
staying under 2000 calories a day, so far so good. doing lower carb but not trying to do keto or anything. mostly cook my own food (normally turkey mince for dinner) but treated myself to a roast chicken from the supermarket
been walking 10k steps each day. shits killing my shins but what can you do. will start lifting next week
