So Rogue Traders come from incredibly rich family dynasties that support them. Can they also be Planetary governors themselves, like oldest son will control the planet, other sons are RTs to travel and explore the stars etc? Would their worlds be immune to the tithe and that's why they're so ridiculously wealthy
