Bounty hunter does do good damage though? At least compared to similarly priced snipers. Does decent work on the r76 and r78 ceramic rushes too.
Compared to snipers bounty hunter can handle both moab layers and the ceramics inside, while sniper has to pick one of the two to be good at. Not that that makes sniper inherently worse or anything, I just think it should be clear to see that bounty hunter is pretty strong.
