You can do it already, rip and tear and have all your attacks in a turn have War Hymn give 100 momentum from buffed WP (which can nuke every demon nearby), doubling up on any extra damage buffs using Dual Wielding and Slice. I'm still new to the game and everything felt so intuitive.

I'm focusing on being a Khorne Berserker but this could easily work just as well for a Dogmatic War Priest
