After hearing about how another "satellite" had crashed into another building, Okabe went to go investigate. After searching the building over and over for what seemed like eternity there was one place left to search, the basement. Okabe opened the door to the basement and cautiously descended down the stairs to surprisingly find the man who had ran past him on the roof, the man was sitting in a chair, all alone in the basement.
Okabe glanced at the man and asked him, "Who are you?" The man turned to look at Okabe and suddenly yelled "WHY ARE YOU SPEAKING CHINESE? LIKE WTF MANG... THAT'S SO GAY." Okabe couldn't understand the man, Okabe tried to communicate with him using the only English he knew, "I am mad scientist, Hououin Kyouma, It's so cooool... sonuvabeech." The mysterious man had a surprised look on his face, almost like he had saw a ghost. The mysterious man turned towards Okabe and yelled "EL PSY CONGROO, MANG", and quickly ran off, never to be seen again.
