Posting only the top part until i get the battery mounting sorted out and to keep this thread from dying.
Fully DIY bbshd full sus bike.
11-51t on the rear cassette 38t front chainring, shortened cranks to keep up.
absurd torque this thing goes uphill like nobodies business, never gets hot, the day I took this I climbed a 900m tall mountain with it, then went down to sea level and then climbed it again.
Modified current sensing system and mosfets, eats 45amps+ for a total of ~2.5kw from a custom made 52v battery with a 60amp jbd esc.
I'm currently developing a torque sensing system for it as it famously lacks one.
I keep adding weight on this thing, after i took this photo i threw some 1700gram each DH tires on it,
2.5mm thickened brake rotors because I love my life.
The bike did not come with a dropper post so i bought one for about 120eur, I think its the number one thing to get on an ebike in terms of safety and everything else, best upgrade, will improve your aerodynamics, range, will reduce the risk of otb, will go downhill easier and cut corners far easier.
may post more once i fit the custom battery on the inner triangle, its just so hard in those new full sus designs
