Tip for that! Technically, two-tone_hair governs the entire head's hair colour, which is most likely how you got those white streaks. For coloured inner side of the hair, you want, well, colored_inner_hair. Then, if you tag an additional [colour]_hair alongside the character's regular hair colour, 90% of the time it'll apply that colour to the inner hair. Otherwise, the colour tends to leak from other elements of the picture.
