It's weird. I can't explain it, but ages 11-16 I got like one cavity a year. I was very self conscious of my body odors since middle school, so I was brushing my teeth before school and bed very routinely. No, I didn't eat candies, sodas or anything more than I do now as an adult (rarely).

But since college, I've actually only brush once a day and more lazily, but I haven't had a cavity for the last 15 years. There were times in my 20s that didn't brush for days, too. Cavities are a psyop, obviously
