'Indarciclo' - Grok says it was an Argentinian bike company from the 60s, never heard of them.
Bought them off ebay for a tenner, they're actually pretty cool, made of steel. They attach to the skewers which isn't ideal. Would be great on a proper off road tourer with 2.3 tyres which is why I originally bought them. But they just help to make this bike look even more absurd and I couldn't resist. The bright white also makes the frame etc look even worse.
