These two have been going at it for 8 turns now.
Behedsun takes the first step followed by Tehenhauin, Behedsun wants to take my settlement and Tehenhauin wants to catch him, Behedsun doesn't have enough to make it to shore and Tehenhauin doesn't have enough to actually catch him and Behedsun doesn't give fight so they eternally ping pong between Copper Landing and the island south of Dust Gate.
