The other thing is that players who are actually playing Gunsmoke properly should look to move from where ever they are into platoons like HOXY?, DD, DDN and TFD since they're in most bad need of players whenever openings come up (DD being the highest one you go to without HOXY? autism requirements if that bothers you).
Other platoons are happy to take pretty much anyone while those at the top can only take particular players given the direction of their platoons.
