It depends from person to person, but I wanna say that generally the people who are willing to spend either a bit, or that much money into the game they like it that much or have a lot of disposable income they want to throw for the fun for it. Obviously this doesn't account for the people who do not have disposable income yet they spend money on this but I think those people have bigger issues than knowing how to cope with spending this much money in gacha.
