Gotta say, I'm glad I reached the point where I'll be spoiler free from here on out (except that one missions they showed off once maybe) but man I gotta say, this is a very uncomfy premise. How am I supposed to chill out in Night City and enjoy my life if I'm terminally ill?

Sadly I can't think of many other good examples off the top of my head. At least none that condense this concept into one single moment like that. Though Outer Wilds comes to mind right away.
