Of course, maybe you don't make it a stupid powerful hover tank, maybe it's just an inherent magitek that functions as an all terrain wheel board; Sure the abled bodied could use it like a Skateboard, but you're going to have to be a pretty sick dude to pull off skateboarding through a Dungeon whether you have working legs or not!
