The whole point of demons like these in stories is to make them feel alien and distant. Showcasing every intricacy of their nature would strip away their aura of mystery and danger.
Lots of amateur writers are autistic in the same way you are, focusing so much on world building that they forget to write an actually INTERESTING story, filling entire pages with exposition but not pushing the story in any way.
If you want a concept of a structured and thoroughly explained demonic society then fuck off from this board, go to /x/ and ask them about Goetia.

I find it insane my country would rather enable me to live like a parasite rather than finding out what's wrong with me and helping me work through it to get a job.
I've told them I don't want to coast along on NEET bux forever but there is no movement at all. I used to be on jobseeker support where while I had to demonstrate I was doing enough to find work to get the payments there was at least someone theoretically helping look for potential jobs. But after I brought up I probably have something like aspergers or some kind of anxiety disorder and the process of looking for work is difficult they put me on some bizarre custom middle ground thing where they give me payments with no expectation of seeking work. There are apparently resources to help find employment for autistic people but I can't access them because I don't have a specific diagnoses but when I tried to get a diagnoses it just kind of didn't go anywhere, it wasn't that it turned out I was actually fine, everyone I talk to can see there's 'something' wrong with me but no one cares enough to follow up on it.
They must have given me 10s of thousands of kiwi dollars over the years and I can't help but think 'surely you could have just paid some dedicated expert a portion of that to look over my situation and put me on a career path in the first couple months'.
