Come on anon, this is cutting out the context of what's said right before this, this page is leading on from the previous page. What Pero 3 is saying is that it had a billion methods to try and beat Godzilla and most of them didn't work, and this section is it speculating on which one did work. The "connecting threads" section is one possibility, another possibility is overloading it on archetype, another possibility is physical combat, another possibility is the Orthogonal Diagonalizer, and then it says that the most likely conclusion is that it was physical force combined with the orthogonal diagonalizer having a relaxed code.
