Do Argentineans just not use handheld showerheads on a hose like pretty much everyone else in the world uses nowadays? See picrelated. I've been digging through AirBNB looking for places that have this most basic amenity imaginable and zero of them do.

I think the last hotel I stayed at that didn't have these in the rooms was some rural trailer-park-court-with-hotel in the middle of fucking nowhere that had been built in the 1970s.

Anyone know if an AirBNB host might be willing to let me get one installed if I'm staying for a month or so?
