That's probably not it. While the art is very nice, Manlet & Pee Loli was:
- A single volume.
- Released in 2013-2014, and was published in four months. That would partly explain the delays between volumes 36-38, but his output had been slowing down since 2007. Even being generous and assuming Gigantomachia was created over a period of years well prior to 2013, the hiatus continued well into 2016
-The art's detailed, and it's still Miura's style, but it's not noticeably an "every frame a masterpiece" level of superhuman effort, at least in my pleb eyes.

I'd say
