I'm not sure the oil tanker story passes the sniff test. If you go on Marine Traffic, Khor Fakkan is some kind of refinery site and there are literally 90+ tankers anchored there waiting to load or offload. So if there were multiple tankers on fire there, people on those ships would be posting about it.
