You know who's going to be a lot better at crushing balls and gouging eyes? Someone with passable striking and grappling.
Find a decent MMA gym instead. Or train a combo of striking and grappling. Kickboxing/Judo, Muay Thai/Jiu Jitsu, Boxing/Wrestling etc.
