Way too much action, tbqh. There's no real sense of purpose because all you have to do is keep walking and shooting until the game ends.
Besides, the story sucks compared to every single previous RE game. I have nothing against Sheva but it should've been Jill and Chris vs Wesker instead. Also "Las Plagas" don't fit in Africa as the main enemy. A progenitor-based virus would have been more fitting. The beta had the right idea with the Crimson Heads.

Ideally RE5 should've done the following:
- Keep the merchant
- Main enemies are infected with viruses derivated from the progenitor virus
- After saving Jill in the ruins, Chris and Jill go after Wesker while Sheva and Josh go after the chopper in the Desperate Escape DLC.
- No boss fights with infinite ammo.
