France, one of the favored nations throughout the history of Nippon, has approached with a pact: an extensive trade deal that would see the economic growth of both the PDTO and the EU. As the PDTO grows in size, Europe finally is waking up to the benefits of lasting relations with Nippon and her allies.

This pact will increase the economic output of Nippon, which will further enhance capabilities to defend herself and the of the Alliance.
