as good as the first half of 28 Days Later is, I now see Alex Garland's sweaty palms all over this. the latter half of the film is literally "actually, men are the real zombies because they are souless rapists". it's not just lame, it's boring. it's a pathetic projection of himself as the last good man on earth, here to save the feminist women from the marauding hordes of misogynists. He is easly the worst asshole in hollywood.
