So I realized after finishing most of my Umas that the Firm and Rain condition perks are actually pretty good. Which would explain why Daiwa Scarlet and others with 1100 Speed are getting fucked over if other have said green skills. Would this deck be good since it includes the standard perk as well as the firm and wet condition perks?
