You just have to keep playing until you stop seeing people who bring self care at all. I wish they'd just remove the perk entirely, it's so bad and tricks new players who are afraid of playing injured into being useless for like 2 minutes.

MFT also gets better as you start playing against stronger killers who are quicker to pressure unhooks or slug.

Audodidact is just kind of a meme perk anyway. It came out when the game was a lot slower and killers were running heal slowdown perks constantly.
