I seem to have settled on this for the chuck, but once the event is finished, I'm not sure how pain resonance will feel without agitaiton. chucky has no traversal and at 110% I feel like he really needs grim embrace. I've played a full aura build for a long while too but it always comes right down to 1 gen left or end game collapse, sometmes still with 4k, sometimes with 2 escapes, so I really need to start using gen protection and regression. any chucky players advice is appreciated. maybe BBQ isn't necessary as it so often doesn't even reveal anything I generally use game sense, but it's obviously veyr useful when it does. and if I don't need BBQ maybe I don't need lethal (though it goes well with rat poison) and then that's 2 more perks to work with.

I use this and Red Herring. Red Herring in particular is amazing because it's pretty rare and a ton of killers don't seem to even know it exists so I can just keep drawing them to a gen

I've only ever seen it used with real signifance once, only yesterday as it happens. I was tunelled from the beginning of the game all the way to the end for no reason, no idea why, I mean all the way from 5 gens to the end game collapse. When I was unhooked the second time, Shoulder must have been used. I never noticed and I don't think the Nemmy noticed either because he started celebrating on my third hook but then looked shocked when he realized I wasn't being taken by the entity. And this third chance was enough to get unhooked and escape.
I think the reason Shoulder comes so rarely into play is because it's usage is far too limited, and punishing for some reason despite it being intended to stop tunelling. Think of the situation: the killer is tunelling someone out. Now think of Behavior's solution: a perk. So now think of all the factors for this solution to actually help. 1) Someone has to actually have the perk equipped. 2) That survivor with the perk equipped has to be in a position to be the one to go for the unhook. 3) That survivor with the perk has to not have a hook state already, otherwise upon unhooking the survivor and becoming exposed, they are not preventing a death they are just substituting themselves for the death, and the killer stays ahead.
Shoulder should never have been a perk. All surviovrs all the tiem should have the option to take a hook state upon unhooking, so that tunelling can be levelled out by anyone who feels like it. If you feel like this would be too strong in the hands of strong SWF terms sharing the hook states out when the killer isn't even tunelling, there can be conditions, like it can only be used on a survivor who was just hooked twice in a row, or can only be used on a survivor whose face camp meter is half full.

I'll just respond to this post seriously and assume it's in good faith, it's the least efficient way a killer can play to 12 hook, and having hooked everyoen twice along the way is a part of that. it creates no pressure, it leaves all four survivors alive as long as possible, it is not to the killers advantage and generally killers only do it when they are confident there is a skill gap and want to play with their food. it is unspeakbably more advantageous to tunnel out one person, or more commonly, only chase two survivors until both are dead. this is outright mandatory against better players, especially players on comms, and you can't 12 hook players like this because you will certianly lose.

I think tunelling should be made via baseline mecahnics to be as difficult or punishing to do as possible, if it not outright impossible, and I don't even think it would be hard to do. just making survivors intangible until they make a conspicous action or get fully healed, so that killers literally can't attack or touch them, but the survivor also can't body block, would do it. the killer could literally follow the intangible survivor around all game and never be able to touch them as long as that survivor never makes a conspicous action so he would simply just have to go chase someone else. and again, the intangible survivor can't bodyblock so he can't abuse it. hard to see any downsides to this except from the perspective of wanting to tunnel. it could be disabled when the exit gates are powered.

Voice chat will never be a thing and should not be a thing, but there are other improvements. They need to make it possible for players to see each others' perks while in lobby. No, he was just a loser in the original Resident Evil. Chris laughs at him and he basically begs Chris to stop laughing. He died, they brought him back to life and retconned him into a supervillain with Code Veronica, and changed his behavior in the RE1 remake to make it match the retcon.
