ThinkPads don't come with fucking Kingston FURY or WD_BLACK from the factory.
I can get 64GB 5600Mhz DDR5 SODIMM Crucial ram for $130 and a 1TB Crucial SSD for $56, which puts it below the ThinkPad price now.
Also, no one wants OLEDs in laptops anymore now because of how bad the battery life is, and also other things like PWM and text fringing.
Everyone I know that has an OLED laptop wishes that there had been a high end IPS panel option available instead.
And pre-installed Windows always gets overwritten with LTSC IoT or Linux anyway.
