I think so. I was maining aki before and while her combos are pretty fun to do, I feel like terry is more fun to play in general. also he's got a decent amount of sauce and combo optimizations that are harder to do (delays and tight stuff) so it feels rewarding too.

I want to play but I'm paralyzed by a fucking character crisis that I brought upon myself
was playing and enjoying aki but decided to try ed and after that terry, and neither of those really clicked but now I don't feel like going back to aki
I like both ed and terry though so I guess I'll just have to pick one but it's hard

then for some reason I wanted to try ed, so I played ed for a bit
then I realized he was kind of hard, so I started playing terry
then I realized I might have to keep playing aki instead
but now I don't even like playing aki anymore and I'm left in a neverending limbo of character crisis instead
