Pic related, even with the tiny 212a, you can make a one way trip from Perth all the ways to Philippines without even have to snorkel
And 212a is mostly on older fuel cell and lead acid battery techs
212cd/216 will be having li-ion and with a much larger displacement, so i dont see how it wouldn't at least be able to do at least one and a half better in endurance compare to 212a
