I work a technical IT position, and I have imposter syndrome, big time. My current position could be cynically described as a "do nothing email job". I used to write code and do technical things for my employer, but then I got a promotion, and now I just send emails and attend zoom calls. I am self-conscious that my job could disappear and be replaced by AI. If I had to look for a new job I am not even sure I would look in IT, my skills have atrophied so bad I don't really feel I have any IT skills anymore. I could probably bullshit a resume and pass a job interview, but I don't actually have technical skills.

Someone junior to me pointed out a small typo I made and I started having an existential crisis and autistically screaming at myself (I work from home).
