Jews did that by passing Civil Rights laws that destroyed segregation and freedom of association, as well as laws restricting 3rd world immigration. They did that before I was born and I am not American so I couldn't stop it even if I wanted to. Modern Americans can reverse it though (with anti semitism)

And in other countries? The fate of the Jews also changed in the Frankish Empire. In general, it can be said that they fared well under the Carolingians during the 8th, 9th, and 10th centuries. Indeed, Jewish writers wrongly claim Charlemagne (768-814) as a pronounced friend of the Jews. For although he granted the Jews great freedoms and used the Jew Isaac for his dealings with the Caliph Harun al-Rashid, he still kept them somewhat in check. This was different under his weak son Louis the "Pious" (814-840), who was completely under Jewish influence!
n the 9th and 10th centuries, Jews were able to spread across Germany. We find them in Magdeburg, Merseburg, Regensburg, Giessen, and Prague; primarily in the slave trade. It was of great importance for the Jews living among us that they had a center in the Mainz Rabbinical School.
They were by no means hindered from settling down and turning to agriculture; even the Jewish professor Graetz acknowledges the possibility of land acquisition. They did not become a trading and usurious people "through a harsh fate" [i.e. restrictions from the church]. At the end of this section, the close relations of the unfortunate Emperor Henry IV (1056-1106) with Judaism may be mentioned.
